Most families come home with a child between
14-23 months.
You will have some choices along the way, which will impact
how long the process takes. If you are flexible about the gender of the
child, open to country that you adopt from, and submit all homestudy
and USCIS documents promptly – then the process will be closer to 12–14
months.
