As of February 2006, fees for the filing of CIS forms will be going up. Following is a list of forms (found at www.uscis.gov under the "USCIS Announces Fee Adjustments to Enhance Service" article) that you may need to use during the process of adoption along with the NEW fees:

• I600A: Application for Advance Processing of Orphan Petition $545
  
• I-824: Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition $200
  
• N-600: Filing fee $215 (for adopted minor child); $255 (for all others) varies
  
• Federal fingerprints (when filing with I-600A) - $70/person for each person living in the home over the age of 18
