Honor for our Xiaoqing

Xiaoqing Cai, China program coordinator for Bay Area Adoption Services, was recently honored by FCC of northern California at their annual Between the New Year's party. She was given the Community Service Award, in honor of her work placing orphaned, abandoned and waiting children from China with their forever families.
